1. How can I book a unit?

You can book a unit by either calling 416-677-0947 or emailing lisaizzi@rogerscom Payments can be made by direct deposit or email money transfer.

 2. How much of a deposit do I have to pay to book the chalet?

In order to confirm your reservation, we require a minimum $500 deposit at time of booking and the balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival and registration.

 3. How can I pay?

 Payment can be made by email money transfer or a cash deposit at a bank.

 4. Do I receive a confirmation for my booking?

Once your payment has been processed a confirmation receipt will be emailed to you.

5. Where and how do I check in/depart?

Check in times are normally after 4:00 p.m. and checkout times are normally before 11:00 a.m.  All our vacation homes are equipped with code locks so that you may arrive at your convenience after the designated times.  The code will be released on the day of arrival. 

6. Do you accommodate large groups? What is the best unit for us?

We can accommodate up to 15 people.

7. Do you have a minimum stay for your units?

Normally we request a 2-night minimum stay on weekends.

8. Which chalets have a hot-tub?

We currently have 1 property and it has a hot tub.

9. What size beds are in each unit?

There are queens, doubles and singles.

 10. How close are your chalets to the mountain?

The house is a short 3 minute drive from the village.

11. Is smoking allowed in the units?

Our unit is non smoking. 

 12. Is there a cleaning fee.

Cleaning is included in the cost of the rental assuming all guidelines in the agreement are met.  Should extra cleaning be required, a cleaning fee will be charged.

13. How does the damage deposit work?

A damage deposit of $500 on normal weekends and $1000 on long weekends and holidays is required.  Some groups may be requested to leave larger deposits.  Deposits are returned within 10 days of the departure date.  If there are damages the return of the deposit nay take longer to resolve pending cost of damages.

 14. Do I need to bring my own linens?

Our chalets come complete with pillows and comforters for each bed. We ask that you supply your own linens and towels.

 15. Can I bring my dog?

Depending on the house pets may be allowed.

16. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Deposits are fully refundable within 10 days of booking.  Afterwards, deposit can be applied to a future rental.

17. What is your privacy policy?

All information provided to us is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of booking a unit.  Any and all personal infomation is not shared with any other person, company or organization.  You may browse our site without providing any personal information.  Information such as name, address, email, phone number and payment processing information will be requested in order to book a unit. If you agree we may use contact information to update you on promotions and updates.  All personal information is processed on a secure webserver and is never shared.
